Any1 Know What Rear Bumper This Is?
It's urethane, same as the factory bumper.
You should note that the Roush rear bumper is NOT a complete Bumper skin. It's a lower valence that attaches to the bottom lip of a stock GT bumper (and will not fit a V6 bumper correctly), and requires the stock GT bumper be cut for proper fit. Go to the Roush Parts site and you can find the install instruction sheet.
Edit: Here, I tracked down the install instructions for you: http://store.roushperformance.com/im...structions.pdf

i see so in order for me to have a perfect fit for my v6..i have to purchase the stock gt bumper first, then the roush kit and exhaust system..does any1 know of an estimate its going to cost me to get this done?thanx for all the help by the way
Figure $250 for a takoff GT rear bumper, the unpainted Roush Lower Fascia is about $350, their exhaust is about $600 + the cost of paint + exhaust work to hook up duals if you don't already have 'em.
Short answer: Quite a bit.
It does look sweet tho'
