any way for removing welded muffler hanger?

any way for removing welded muffler hanger?
the meatball that put my muffler hanger on my driver side decided to make life hard for me and welding them on.. what is the best way to get them off??
would a dremel with cutting wheel attachment work?

yeah, or a grinder, make sure your cutting wheel is for metal

dremel could work, but you're gonna go through a few cutting wheels I imagine. It wil be alot more maneuverable though
