GT springs on A V6

How much is involved in doing this task?

why would you do that? u do know it would raise the car right......

Are you sure about that?? I thought they were stiffer, but would not raise the car any???????

According to Edmunds, there is almost no difference in the weight between the V6 and the GT (V6: 3352 lbs., GT: 3356) -- the beauty of an AL engine , so it is a non-issue. Also, all the aftermarket people I looked at had 1 SKU for both V6 and GT models.

In short: stock GT springs = no noticeable benefit. aftermarket springs = all the same.

In general stock GT springs are stiffer than stock V6 springs.
