Hey i saw some videos on a mustang that has GT500 dual mufflers. (link below)
I really like how it sounds but i dont know what parts i would need to do this mod. Also how much do you guys think it will cost to go to a muffler shop and get this done?

I know from experience that V8 mufflers don't play well with V6s. I put a pair of GTA's on my manual '07 GT and kept the stock mufflers just in case I ever sold the GT, I'd put everything back to stock. Well my son has an 08 pony package with an auto and he put the right GT muffler on his car. Not a good match, it was loud but it droned terribly. He eventually switched back.

If you find a set of take off mufflers, you only need the x or H pipe and the left side intermediate pipe. Your right intermediate side pipe is reusable. You will need the left side muffler hanger and mount, but that is all. You can do the whole project for under 150 if you find the mufflers at a good price. Rock auto has the two pieces. Walker Dynomax parts and are readily available. Good luck

You would need a Walker (Dynomax) 53702 X pipe and a 55517 left pipe. Check those out in Rock Auto and you will see how cheap you can set up a dual exhaust on your own. You will also need a 36444 hanger to mount the left muffler. Hope this helps you keep your costs down and make it easy to install. If you need more information, go to http://www.dynomax.com/downloads/pro...talog_full.pdf
You will find the 39434 system on page 114 laid out for you to visualize. Good luck.
