Ordered the X-Cal2 from Doug at Bamachips. Arrived Monday in the mail. That rainy night in the garage, I installed the 93 Octane Torque Tune. It rained all the next day also...

For the last 2 nights, I had dreams of tires melting down to the rims...

Today, the sun is shining and I took her out, to see what see could do, and man was I happy...

First, let me say that I'm only running with a K&N filter and a lost HC Trap, Automatic Transmission, everything else stock.

The stage is set. Expressway on-ramp. 1/4 Mile straight away. No cars behind me. Stopped on the ramp. Traction Control on. Mashed down the pedal. She laided rubber in first, then laided rubber in second and chirped the tires in third, planting me in the seat, before reaching a comfortable cruising speed.

Then I took her down to about 60, and mashed down the pedal again. She chirped the tires again on the downshift.

In conclusion, at this point, I can't think of any reason why I would add any more aftermarket performance goodies to the car. I am not taking the car to the track, so for street application, I am quit satisfied. The performance is more than I hoped for...

Thanks again Doug !!!

Yep, I understand very well

In my opinion, Doug at BamaChips and his tunes just can't be beat. Safe & Proven Performance Tunes and Customer Service that is Tops. :worship:

Whatever floats your boat. A little too many and too busy for my taste. If you like it, thats all that counts.

If Doug doesn't have anymore, send me a PM with your address and I'll mail you mine next time I go to the post office.

Ah, I get it now . I don't think he was in the heart of all the problems so if he has stock on the shelf I'd bet he'll get you handled in time for race day.

I put mine right on my intake cover right below my 4.6L Performance Badge, looks great!

And I even popped open the hood to a few fellow youngins with imports at a Target in Mt. Laurel, they were like, whats SCT? I said, "get in and I'll show ya" and took em for a spin to show them what a tuned Mustang feels like!!
