were you using the 8lb pulley, or the 10lb pulley?

how do you like the 4.10s with the extra power? I have 4.10's now, I'm going to leave them in, at least for the first bit anyway.

On the street, 4.10s and a twin screw are a wild ride! haha. I can't stomp on it anywhere under 30-40mph, or the azz-end goes sideways. I'll be switching to drag radials on the street to see if that helps.

But at the track, where I can dead hook, 4.10s are awesome!

sounds like that could be dangerous. I'll probably put 3.55s in shortly after, unless I find I don't mind the 4.10s.

Yea, it could be dangerous... but I don't drive like a maniac on the street anyway. But I also can't nail the throttle from a stoplight like I could N/A.

re Whipple SC kit

I have a 06GT auto thats completely stock with the exception of the Whipple blower @ 10psi and a custom tune. I cant say enough good things about this kit. It has impressed me in every way. The fuel economy will be based on your foot and of course a good tune. The power will also depend on the tune. We have had the Whipple on our 06 for about 3 months now with ZERO issuses. The car is raced at the strip 2x a week and has been reliable thus far regarding the trans. The best ET so far is a 7.27 @95mph at Irwindale for the 1/8,and comparable ets at Perris Drag Stip (50/50 pump and 100 octane fuel). We ran it at Palmdale and it went 12.0 on pump gas with a 4200' da and a 20 mph head wind. The plan is for a TCS 3500 stall, built short block,3.90 gears ,15lbs boost and some 10. sec 1/4 timeslips with the daily driver.
