What is their primary purpose?

How easy is it to install?

IS the all important tune needed?

Thanks

Just kicking in with some questions?

THe charge motion plates restrict airflow at low rpm to add velocity and emprove emissions and supposedly low rpm torque. The delete plates lack the butterfly valve thereby providing a straight shot into the intake. Great if you have more horse power than stock. Steeda sells some.

I'm am selling mine. $200 shipped. Yes the tune is required. Both SCT and Diablo have a tune for them. What I have seen they add approx 5-10rwhp and 5-10rwtq with no loss down low. And very easy install. You can add them and take them off without any problems. Just send me an im if interested. I have them listed in the for sale section.
