Underdrive alternator pulleys?

Underdrive alternator pulleys?
Alternators are supposed to be limited to 15K-16K RPMs to prevent the rotors from self destruction. I am running a Innovators West 7.75" overdrive balancer and can spin my motor well over 7K...although I currently limit it there. To protect the alternator from self destruction, I really should have a 3.6" pulley on it. Here's the question....does anyone know where I can get such a thing? The alternator is a 6G V case as I have a 2006 Mustang GT. I'm running an 8 rib belt setup...and I would prefer that the pulley be nice looking ...preferably clear anodized Billet Aluminum. All of the other pulleys are billet aluminum on my motor.
