This may be a stupid question....but I have to ask....I just put on my GTA's this past weekend...and I love the look/sound of them, but how can you tell if they are leaking....is there any signs, smells, etc.???

I heard mine leaking and could feel it if you put your hand near it when the car is running. Also some times when you rev it up you might hear a popping noise through the exhaust

If I am in park, and rev it up....I hear a popping, does that mean mine are leaking?.... I heard this noise in my stock GT/CS Axle-backs also though...

I get an awful smell when I first start it up but then it goes away..no popping here.., Even after i did the whole mid clamp thing I still had the problem of the axlebacks being loose .The u clamps worked awesome for me, and I spent all of $3.00 total

If its leaking you would probably hear a 'spitting' sound rather then the controlled sound of sealed exhaust. They pop naturally when you lift the throttle(just like the stockers), much more when they are cool, then only a little after they are warmed up. Sound will also change a LOT as they break in..

i'm guessing you shouldn't normally feel any air as you run your hand around the axle-back clamps?
