Did you call on the phone or send e-mail? I've usually had great luck calling but e-mail is problematic. He bounces back and forth between the different numbers on the site. Most of the time he answers the phone when I call.

I was trying to get a hold of him "after hours", and thought that I would try here. Got a hold of him first thing today,issues resolved. Thanks CR.
