Did you call on the phone or send e-mail? I've usually had great luck calling but e-mail is problematic. He bounces back and forth between the different numbers on the site. Most of the time he answers the phone when I call.

 

You will have better luck tomorrow than today, as they are closed on Sunday.

 

Your best bet is to just call him
