Those with Long Tubes

Has anyone had any trouble getting their car inspected while running high flow cats such as Kooks/American racing? I have heard that you may need MIL eliminators and that many companies are not makign them anymore due to EPA restrictions. Any info?

No problems with my car in PA. I have American Racing L/Ts with their catted H-Pipe with the rear 02 sensors kept on, and the open/close loop issue solved, so no CEL, and it passed PA emission testing perfectly.
