It's about time somebody came out with one. It looks old school, but I want to wait until I see how well it works before I buy one.

Does it look a bit tall to you guys?

Here's a stock one:

It looks like it may be a bit taller. If it's too tall it doesn't look like it would be hard for them to change it.

I would buy it just because it looks better than the cheapo stock plastic shifter.

I'm concerned about the squarish edges on it, I leave my hand resting on the shifter constantly while I drive (I like the shift ball option Leo). It would be better if it were more rounded like the '67-68's. And the engraving's got to go... or having the option for custom graphics. What a great option though! It's about time.

I couldnt live with the square handle, and the engraved logo. I too leave my hand on the shifter, and would want it embedded in my hand. Besides that, I dont want an auto tranny anyway...manual's are soo much fun!

+1

Just for the show aspect, I think it would be a great mod. For it to be functional for ratchet shifting is a bonus!

I agree that I would like it better without the logo the t-handle. It would be ok to have it on the shaft though...

I just caled TCI and the sales rep said as of last week they were told it would be available in the next 6-8 weeks. It still isn't listed in their computer and there is no price. -Joe
