If I had tire mounting tools and a paint booth, I'd be set.

Jeez, why is that such a frigg'n big deal in the auto world, you'd think folks wouldn't even touch a car without using one, especially on something like the suspension. IMO the worst offenders are tire and brake guys. The possibility of warping the rotors is bad enough, but some brutus with a an impact wrench set high enough to slow the rotation of the earth is creating a bad situation for the driver and other mechanics down the road.

Luckily the brakes have been easily visible on my past Mustangs and their hasn't been a need to remove the wheel during inspection.

Ultimately I'm surprised the Feds haven't seriously delved into the wheel retention issue, its not as uncommon as it seems.
