Suspension bits advice

Suspension bits advice

I am looking for a new UCA for my car, its stock height. I need to take out the slop the stocker has, I think the bushing is gone on it.

Now I am looking for an adjustable piece as I may do springs and shocks, shocks is a definite, but springs I have not decided on yet.

Any advice on who makes a good adjustable unit? The mustang shop I will be taking it has steeda parts, but I am looking on user feedback on different parts.

The Steeda piece is rock-solid. I've been running it on my car for almost two years. no issues so far. BMR is another quality manufacturer of suspension parts. There are other good ones out there too, but these are the only two i've bought various parts from.

J&M is great stuff. Super quiet and priced right. You can't go wrong with it.

I installed J&M adjustable upper, lowers, panhard bar and Steeda relocation brackets. I picked up zero increased NVH, no exaggeration. The 3 piece bushing design seals the grease in and they don't even come with grease fittings anymore. Cornering has improved, burnouts can be slowed down to where the tires are barely turning and there's absolutely zero wheel hop. I set up the suspension myself and have the pinion angle at -2 degrees, the lower control arms are adjusted with the rear portion slightly lower than the front by a few degrees.

I've been through this suspension game before and J&M parts are the only ones that never increased NVH. Just get the stuff, you'll be happy.

This is good to know as I plan to upgrade the stock UCA and think one of these will be the UCA of choice
