There are rumors in this forum that their customer service blows...no pun intended, but I have no personal knowledge of that.

Definitely need a twin-screw, for the low-end torque.

Newsflash: Customer service for *all* the major S/C vendors (Paxton, Vortech, KB, etc) is pretty lame. Vortech is probably the best, but they are all weak after the sale.
