I had tri-ax shifter installed a couple weeks ago. Although the 2-3 shift was much improved as promised, the lateral movement of the shifter was very stiff. Shifting into 5th took a concerted effort. The noise from the tri-ax was worse than I anticipated (I knew it would be louder, but it was annoying).

I changed back to the stock shifter and I'm selling my tri-ax. $125 shipped (ship to USA only). The shifter was installed and used for 2 weeks. PM me if interested.

EDIT: The shifter has been sold

Just curious - did you lubricate the brass bushings when installing? This is not in the instructions but from the experience of owners going thru the process.
