Im getting a boing sound and a vibration coming from my left rear after compression of the spings ie. a speed bump. It feels like when the spring releases after its compressed its snapping open... does anyone else have a similar prob. Steeda is looking in to it. They say its impossible to for it to make noise and it probably something else. My installer looked at it again and said everything looks ok. Any ideas

I am getting the same thing. I am hoping it works itself out after the springs have been broken in a little more.

How many miles do you have on yours? I have about 1500 almost all highway but it happens at every speed bump

Not sure about the mileage, probably about 1000. I don't typically drive over speed bumps but I do notice it with large dips in the road or potholes that I can't avoid

I've had mine on for a few months now and haven't heard this noise. Try no driving 40mph over the speed bumps.

I got one of the first sets they released after they corrected the problems with the first ones they had , and I've had no problems on the front or the rear. They did the installation , I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not ...

I have had the Steeda springs on for about 3k miles and haven't noticed this. Hey, Bryan (2005RedGT), didn't you have a problem with the Steeda springs when they first came out? Maybe I dreamt that up.

I sure did have issues with the first generation Steeda Springs (front only). However, when they redesigned them, it fix all popping issues.
But no problems ever with the back.
