Add this support brace to Steeda's panhard bar 5552551 for even greater chassis stiffness.




So what are the trade offs for this brace?

 

My guess would just be a slightly harsher ride. Maybe not much of a difference over smaller bumps. But a little harsher over rougher uneven roads.

 

I've got one, you'll be amazed at how flimsy the one you take off is. It's basically just another triangulation piece for the rear suspension, as the down piece where the panhard attaches isn't very solid. Very easy to install, and the weight isn't much of a difference. Highly doubt it affects the ride at all, but can improve the cornering feel and predictability if installed with the new Panhard bar.
