Steeda LCA Relocate Brackets
Double check this because I may be wrong. From what I know the factory set up would have the LCA`s parallel to the ground. For more hook or compensating for a lowered suspension you would need to adjust the LCA`s lower in the back. Making the front slightly higher.

Steeda installed mine and they have them set to the second hole from the bottom. I know you have to adjust the pinon angle and I believe that was as low as you could go without replacing the upper control arms also ...
Has anyone done the steeda LCA relocation bracket install themselves. I have a friend who will help. He has restored a few cars, but never done any work on the 2005+ mustangs.
I am a little worried that I will screw up this install, the rear axle will be misaligned, and my car will fall apart.

I wanted to do the work myself. Sort of a fun learning experience and it gives me more money for stuff. I guess I could just find an Alignment shop and have them weld the brackets in place. The rest of I think we can do without (major) issues.
I'm not sure if the auto craftshop has an alignment rack, if they do I bet it's just for front toe-in/toe-out adjustment. Looks like I am just going to have to fork out some money to get them welded in place.

I think I could have them welded inplace and install the new control arms. If they installed the relocation brackets before I did the rest of the install, they could use the top bolt location to give closest to stock orientation.
Worst case I have to buy some new bolts when I lower the car, install the rest of the suspension components, and reposition the LCAs.
would that work?

It is recommended that even bolt on ones should be welded as well. The only reason why I went with Steeda is because it was cheaper for me in the long run. I originally went to order a set of BMR brackets, but with shipping and duty I would end up paying alot more. Its not hard to install them. I just wouldn't want to risk having my alignment messed up.
