Ok, I'm not really sure how, but putting in a new battery has completely fixed my spark blow out. I am only runny 8 psi on HT0's gapped at .31, so I shouldn't have spark blow out anyway. But after testing my battery for a dead cell (which it had) and replacing with an Optima Yellow top deep cycle, all the spark blow out is gone and car runs much smoother. Or who knows, it might have been a loose battery cable, but either way, it's much better.

I've heard of another member who tightened up a loose battery terminal and had similar results.

Any similar experience?

If you had a dead cell, you probably were low on voltage even with the alternator running.

Blow out is caused by the spark not being strong enough to cross the gap under boost and a weak battery can cause it ...

I was thinking with the alternator running, it would put out enough spark even with a dead battery, but I guess the dead cell was was messing it up.

I'm loving it though, can't believe how much smoother it is now.
