Spark

Can anyone tell me what would happen if I changed my 92race tune spark. Currently its set (so it says) at -14 degrees, 0-2000.

1) is that normal, or does it sound like some glitch in the X3?

2nd part of this question is, WOT shift
1-2, 2-3,3-4, and 4-5 are set at -3mph. What is that mean exactly?

3rd and last question is shift pressure.

1-2,2-3,3-4 are set at -25% and 4-5 is at zero percent. why -25%, shouldnt/wouldnt you want it max'd or pretty high?

Sorry for those who have seen some of my repetitive questions. They could/would be answered if I could get a certain person to answer the phone.

Sounds like a glitch in the program...so I have no idea what would happen if you change it all around.

Thanks for the reply tho Steve. 34 views, one reply.

I was able to talk to Doug at Bamachips today, so I had all my questions answered.

Those settings mentioned above arent/werent part of his tune.

due to VVT you spark is low from 0 - 2250 factor at full load it is 10 at 2250

if you are blown then you want lower than stock spark values. Some testing can determine what the best setting is.

i attached the spark tabel for a stock S197 GT
it starts from top right to left 500 rpm 750 rpm 1k 2250, 3000, 4250, 4750, 5250, 5750, 6500.

on top right to bottom RIGHT the load is:
1.999
1.7
1.4
1.1
.8
.5
.4
.3
.2
