I've always had a soft spot for my 07 GT in my sig and recently picked up a 06 manual GT (160k on the clock). It needs some mechanical work and TLC which I'll get around to in the coming months but one of the things I really liked about my 07 was the FRPP Bullitt CAI and Procal which has been gone for a while now and I picked up a Bullitt CAI and the problem of course is that it uses a 80mm MAF (IIRC) so its not a simple swap to get it on the car. What I'm looking for is somebody that can provide a tune for the car, so it works with the CAI and of course a tuner so that when I get around to tire and gear swaps then I can handle that through the tuner. As for the tune, I'm not interested in a bunch of power, just really making the CAI compatible with the car at this point (maybe down the road I'll look into another engine or engine rebuild but for the immediate future its suspension, wheels, tires and brakes).
If a canned tune doesn't exist that's fine but I'm now living in Eastern Tennessee with no idea about performance shops or tuners in the area???

Let me grab a few pics when I get the chance. IMO, a diamond in the rough for sure, and it needs some TLC (mechanical and appearance), but it's nice to have something to tinker with unlike the Shelby (love that car the way it came from the factory, so its maintenance items mostly on the GT350!).
Not in too bad a shape (needs a paint correction for sure), wheels have a little curb damage, and the overall condition is about what I would expect for a 20-year-old car that was used as a daily with average ownership, previous owner said they had replaced the clutch but I suspect not the CSC (apparently that's what the cool kids call the slave these days) plus the shifter was worn out so that's been the first repair (went ahead and got a new flywheel, clutch and CSC along with all the bolts and the fluid line - trans does need to be rebuilt though, still notchy). Followed with new plugs and coils and when I get the chance I've got the 02 sensors, and fuel filter to install (already had some coils replaced but the rest looked OE and went ahead with the single piece Motorcraft plugs as I read the 4.6 3v combustion chamber is sensitive to plug type, idle is nice and smooth now), going to follow with new injectors and a few other tune-up items. Next up is the brakes, steering, suspension, tires and wheels. Bearing caps on the struts are shot so suspension is up next (going with the M-FR3A-MGTA kit) and I'll swap the control arms for GT500 units while I'm at it and the UCA. After the mechanical work it's on to the interior (had that up first but the trans in the GT and bearing caps on the GT350 needed attention and since I'm without a garage and needed to use a shop that sucked up my interior money - new seat covers and seat foam plus the driver's side power seat array). Also will be putting in the elbow grease cleaning things up and undoing 20 years of average ownership and at some point getting the trans and engine rebuilt.
I was telling my buddy, it was sort of good the GT came my way, been tinkering with building PCs and a homelab, but thanks to Sam Altman and the AI tech bros that's gotten crazy expensive (had to dial back a box I built for a game server and cut memory and storage in half since 128GB, 16TB SSD, and 16TB SATA is around 6500... these days plus the other stuff) just to build a mid-tier system.
