I just got the email and send you the info on returns. If you have any question at all don't install it. I'll send you a new one and make sure it's defect free. I usually do a total visual inspection on every shaft so I don't send out crap. I know what it's like to receive something and not be able to use it and then get the run around from the manufacturer. Thats not the case here.
I'm waiting on another shipment of new cores so once they get here I'll set one aside for you.

It sucks getting something that you can't install on your car right away but at least Ron is going to take care of it. That's as important to me as the product itself.

Sorry about the multiple messages. I wasn't sure where to send it so I just used the shotgun approach.
