sct tuner

hey guys i am trying to download a tune from doug but my pc will not recognize the sct II tuner. I downloaded thee driver from the sct flassh website but did nto seem to do anything. Any tips? Help

I had the same problem initially

Shut the computer down, restart it, plug in the tuner right away while the computer is off

I never could get mine to work, I sent the tuner to Doug so he could load the revised tunes for me. Still waiting to get it back from him.
