With these mods:
1. Magnapack Cat Back Exhaust
2. MMR Intake
3. Steeda Underdrive Pullies
4. SCT Tune
I am able to get 270rwhp on a mustang dyno (about the same as 290rwhp on a DynoJet). This equates to about 350HP at the flywheel. Those 3 with the tune make a HUGE differnce. I can compound that with the 4.10 gears and the SCT tranny changes and I am in heaven.
Whats next ?
As soon as some valve train items, cams / springs , come out - that is my next item. Got to have the lope
You can see the updates on My Car Domiain Webpage (page 11).

It was fun bro! I was glad everybody made it out! Didn't realize that Andre actually had all but overheated the car after the million passes he made in mine....It's a wonder it only showed 263 rwhp....I think it would make the 270 you got on a first or second run...they tinkered with it for two hours and the heat really affected the horsepower.....I'm stoked with the new shift points though. That extra few hundred rpm's in 1st made a nice difference....Guess I'll take it up to Slater's in a week or two and have them check it for me again on a nice cool run so I can get a better idea of what I'm really getting on the dyno....keep me posted on the sct software so I can make sure and get it updated ASAP. Talk to ya soon amigo....
John
P.S. Gerald's bone stock auto made 239 and 244rwhp on his two pulls...

Nice numbers Bryan! You need to see what she'll do at the track. BTW, if you go to HRP to run, let me know. I live over toward Beaumont and would love to come watch.

Fantastic numbers! Thanks for the updates. Does the throttle respond the way you want it too with the updated SCT tune? I'm referring to how quickly it reponds to + or - pedal input. I saw references to the hanging to burn off excess gas on your website and was wondering if the tune takes care of it.

Those #'s are great from what i've seen GL Bryan's only made like 233 when he first went in and mine only made 254 today before the SCT tune, and that was WITH all my mods below.....Our 4.10's have a detrimental effect on what the hp shows on the dyno too....You should have yours re-dyno'd now that you've changed the tranny and see what it's getting now....I'd be curious to hear the results...I'm sure Bryan would too...between the gear and the exhaust switches it seems like we put ourselves in a whole right outta the chute....the pullies, intake, and tune got us back above water it seems...looks like Bryan's idea on cams or even heavier mods (turbo or blower) will be needed to really make these cars kick some butt....

You have to add an additional 5% for the Mustang Dyno. The show a lower number due to the friction base system.
300hp * 22% = 66hp loss - 300 HP = 234 rwhp
I was 232 rwhp when I went in. So it works out.
