Was thinking about putting on new mufflers - will the sound be better than stock? What about performance?

I am not talking about the whole catback system, only the mufflers.

Lots of info on the mufflers. I had the standard magnaflow mufflers and now have the magnapaks. I like them both. The magnapaks are a lot louder so it all comes down to a personal preference.
