Saleen Short Throw Shifter

As anyone here installed th Saleen Short Throw Shifter on a V6 ?

I was told today that V6 transmission (T5) are supposed not to have internal stoppers, I'm wondering if this can cause a problem ?

My dad has a '06 Pony Package V6. I bought one for my GT and one for his car. We installed them at the same time over 3 months ago. No problems at all! Just nice short shifts.
