saleen bypass actuator

well, just when the sc iistall is going to good i have a small problem.i took the nut off that holds the actuator arm to the sc to get to the bolt underneith it.dont ask how but putting it back on i broke the tab that rests against the stop screw.needless to say the actuator want work right till i get another actuator and i know i cant just get the little piece that broke seperate.anyway, should i drive the car without the actuator not stoping against the nut due to my screw up or wait for the replacement.

Well I am guessing there should be no problem driving the car - all the actuator does is keep you out of boost at part throttle. Call JDM Engineering and get a new one from them - they are the Saleen experts.

You should be OK. The actuator should still work you just lose the adjust ability.
