Roush off road muffler VS FRPP muffler

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Roush off road mufflers VS the FRPP M-5230-5GT mufflers? I think I've read that they are both made by Borla? They look identical in the photos, though one never knows what might be the difference inside them, from a photo. It would be nice to hear that they are essentially the same muffler. The FRPP are quite a bit cheaper than the Roush, so I'm leaning pretty heavily toward them. I can get the Roush off road mufflers with straight tips, set up to fit my GT rear facia, but they are approx. $120 more than the FRPP muffler. The FRPP muffler comes with the nice 3.5" diameter tips, embossed with Ford Racing and should fit right on the car nicely.

Thanks for any experience advice or info!
