If your going to use the same pads that already have a wear pattern in them I would suggest you sand them down to fresh pads surface or you may get noise issues again.

I also ordered mine on Wed and have not gotten them yet. Curious since I am only a couple hunred miles north of Richard.

I agree. Hes a great guy to deal with. Had a problem with the pads they sent me and they took car of it ASAP.
