tire size for 19x9 19x10 rims?

tire size for 19x9 19x10 rims?
Bought a set of 19" mini lite style rims, the size are 19x9 19x10 . the Saleen PJ jones, runs 285/35/19 front and back, but uses diffrent size rims. what give?
Anyone have any experience and if so, what do you run? Thanks

My PJ came with 275/35/ 19 front and 275/40 19 rear. hope this helps
