recalibrating for gear change with X-CAL2

I have searched in vain to find a thread explaining how to use your x-cal2 to recalibrate for a gear change. I am changing to 4.10's and need to know how to use my x-cal to change the speedo settings. Can someone explain it in plain english for a dumb a** like me? Thanks.....

well i dont have it in front of me but its too easy, just plug in the sct x2, when you get to the first part you pick the tune, and it says to adjust options click select, click select, and use the arrows to scroll through the options you can adjust, when you get to the gear ratio, click on it, and it will allow you to change, just follow on screen instructions and you should be fine, its too easy.

I would have thought this would have been addressed in the "sticky" about tuning stuff. Seems like it would be a common question.

Since his question was answered, I might as well hijack the thread and ask....Is the procedure pretty much the same of disabling the 02 sensors? Anything else you need to do when turning them off?

Well dont be afraid of it, I was, and it was just as easy as I just said, just follow the onscren and use the updown arrows etc for moving from one option to the next, if you follow the instructions after you have selected adjust settings/options, you will do fine.
