ProCharger - Feedback/Opinion
I'm about ready to order a ProCharger next week. I'm curious how everyone who owns one feels about it. What do you like/dislike? What problems or conerns have you had? Thanks for the info.

I love mine. It has tons of power from 2800 - 6500 RPM's, decent gas milage
. The install is very straight fortward, and the canned tune from SCT is fantastic. I have had no leaks, no sound issues, no support issues, etc.
If you do get ANY S/C, get the MAF.ia to eliminate any MAF voltage spikes. This helps "fool" the ECU into allowing you to run tons of boost and not "peg" the MAF at 5 volts. Also, buy at least 1 t-bolt clamp to fasten the tubing to the throttle body, otherwise you might be some loss of boost from the crappy worm clamps they provide.

So, what kind of $ are we talking for the "package" you have - all the hardware and tuning, etc.?
I know this is somewhat subjective, but if you stay out of the throttle, how is gas mileage?
I paid
~4700 for the ProCharger
~250 for misc tools
~150 for gauges and pod
~155 for MAF.ia
~200 for custom dyno time & tunes
~450 for the XCal
------------------------
~ 6000 for the total.
This does not include the headers, motor mounts, exhaust, etc.

Yes, I installed the Steeda Oil Seperator and if you get the MAF.ia you will NOT need to splice. I did splice mine, but that was prior to purchasing the MAF.ia. I use the oil that comes from ATI for the head unit. As far as the engine oil, I have no idea. I used whatever the dealership put in when I got my oil changed.

Cool, I searched their site and found:
ProCharger Oil
That's cool they give you 4 bottles. Thanks again for the feedback. I can't wait to get mine.

At idle, it sounds like a rock grinder with a vacume leak, But once you are above 1000 RPM's the grinding stops and the whistle takes over. It is barley noticable inside with the windows Up. With the windows down, the whistle and BOV sounds great

Get a hold of SeanHylandMotorsports and ask him what he thinks of the Procharger.

Here is what I'm putting down on a Mustang Dyno @ 6500rpm. MAF.ia and BAP was installed as well as a custom tune.
