I just got a Predator (U7140, ver 8r35) this past weekend. I loaded the 87 perf tune and everything was fine. I filled up this week with 93 and later that night I installed the 93 perf tune and all was good. A few hours later I decided I wanted to look at some of the parameters and disable my TC. When I plugged in the Predator, it powers up, but I get no info on the display!

I have plugged it into a friends stang as well as powered it up with the correct 12v DC power supply and it still shows no info!
The manual says to return it for exchange for this exact problem which is not an issue, BUT, now I am stuck with the 93 tune in my car (running great) and no way to retrieve my stock tune if I do have an issue!!

Has anyone had this problem before? I have posted to Diablo but have not heard back yet. I tried calling their tech support line several times on friday, but was on hold for more than 10 minutes each time and had to give up (working, and couldn't wait that long).

Wow, that situation sucks. I know the feeling. I would call up Diablosport Monday morning and try getting ahold of tech again. Tell them when they answered you've been trying to call since Friday. Hopefully they'll be able to get you squared away. Good luck!
