POWERHOUSE driveshaft
so i had this bad boy slapped in today, and let me tell you, it is worth it. it has been raining her for ever, and it was today, so i couldnt really get on it, but the couple times i gave it a little poke, the cheeks can definetly tell a big difference. another thing i noticed was it got rid of all the slop in the driveline. i never noticed it that much till i had this thing slapped in. you can drive in stop and go traffic, and accelerate and slow down without the brake and it is much less jerky and easier to drive smooth. no noises or vibrations. same as stock. i suggest ya'll get this thing, its definetly worth it. i got on it on one stretch of road, and boy does this thing boogie now!

Do you guys think the BMR carbon fiber Drive Shaft would be just as easy to install and would give the same or better performance? Im trying to justify the extra 300 dollar price difference.

u mean bmr fabrication right? it weighs more then the powerhouse one. 3 lbs. why pay more for more weight? powerhouse throws in the che loop for 34 bucks also. i do not notice ANY vibrations, bmr is just trying to justify the extra money for no reason.

Well I have one on order but if what SteedaGus says is tru and the dyno is true then its not good for anything put a few HP's and definetly not worth the 300 dollar price tag. Im at work and limited to what sites i can search but tomorrow i will be digging for more info. If so, id rather instead take that 300 dollars, work a few more overtime shifts and buy the powerhouse driveshaft.

i did a before and after with the LFP one and picked up like 9 or 10 hp at the tire. but that one has a problem with the gears binding and it causes failsafe. this is why i want the bbk, same twin 62mm and plastic gears. no need for them to be metal.

Hmmm, I did get a little vibration after putting mine in. There's a slight harmonic right around 60 and minor vibration from 80 on up. With the 4.10s my highway cruise speed is right around 70 so this never bothered me. I just figured it was a function of going from a two-piece to a one-piece. If no one else has a problem maybe I should contact them and see if it can be rebalanced?

I was very carefull to mark the transmission coupler and rearend coupler to have them in the same position when I put in my Powerhouse shaft. It might mean nothing but mine is perfect right up to 100+
