Are pipes still available in brushed aluminum?
All I'm seeing are these chrome pipes and I really like the brush aluminum like my 93 5.0 has. Maybe I'll have to see them in person but they look plastic for some reason. The brushed aluminum on my 93 look much tougher for some reason.
If you are talking about your exhaust "Tailpipes", they are brushed 304 Stainless Steel ... NOT Aluminum !!
I'm sure no one (O.E. Ford or Aftermarket) is actually using chrome-plated steel for exhaust tips, they get ugly (rust) pretty fast if not continuously polished.
2005's are also 304 S.S. like your '93 but could be polished instead of being "brushed".

Yea I knew the terminology was all screwed up but it was the best I could describe the look of them lol.
See how these are really shiny almost chrome looking?

I want the pipes to be duller and more "brushed steel" looking if they still make them?

Those Magnaflow mufflers and tips are polished stainless steel, not chrome. They just have an awesome polish job done on them.
