OK I am kind of new to performance upgrades, but I am interested ina few.

Exhaust, I'd like a loud throaty one. I have heard of Flowmasters. What do you recommend?

Cold Air Intakes?

What else? Can you specify a rough price that another item might cost?

Flowmasters are just a piece of the puzzle. I wouldn't say that flowmasters alone will make your vehicle that much louder...mainly just change the sound. I've got Flowmaster 40 series on my 05 GT.....I wouldn't say that it is ouder, but it does sound like Flowmasters. If you want that sound that you hear on the "head turning" Mustangs in your town you will need an off road (w/out cats) h-pipe / x-pipe once they are avail (may be avail now, but I can't locate one). The cats are what is muffling most of the sound on your 05.
Before we installed the Flowmasters on mine...we cranked the car up w/out any mufflers just to see how loud it was. Not that big of a difference to me in loudness...not like a drag car as some would suspect...this was due to the cats being on the vehicle still.
I'm not sure how restrictive your emission laws are where you live...but in Middle GA...everyone runs off road h-pipes. Doesn't appear anyone is worried about the enviornment here.

I forgot where I saw them, but new "shorty" manifolds are out for the "05. And sence the mufflers are behind the rearend....perhaps some glasspacks with the same crome tips would be nice.

So far I'm hearing that exhaust won't give you performance upgrade...it already comes with 2.5" mandrel bent and sounds killer....change exhaust if you want sound change, but no significant HP change

Ok so what about the cold air induction. How much power will that add? What else can I do? Well not me personally, or else I probably wouldn't be asking.

Note that it seems with these mods you will also have to reflash your car. Reflashing will add HP as well.

You will want to add racing stripes, a huge rear wing, and lots of stickers. Oh and the neon lights under the car, that adds at least 20 hp. Oh wait, nevermind, these are performance upgrades for a civic.

Flowmasters are not for everyone. I had them on my 90 LX but wouldn't put them on my 05. I went with magnaflow magnapaks. I like the sound of them better.
I also installed the MMR intake kit. Keep in mind that no matter what you do, most likely you will need to flash the computer to adjust for any changes you have done.

No,No,No, You need to lower your car 6 inches. Add a hugh hood scoop so you can't even see, and put on a 3 foot wing on the back. And last but not least, add a big old boom can muffler that sticks way out the back. Then you be fast! And don't forget to rev it constantly.

Don't forget it has to stick out crooked instead of straight back. Geez, what have I started.

Get 4.10 gears and an SCT tune if you want a good power combo. And the Magnapacks or Bassani exhaust for sound.
