As the topic states. There is no way in heck the stock clutch will hold the kind of power I am planning on making with this beast... eventually
Anyone out there making an aftermarket clutch for us?

Just the clutch or the entire transmission?

Try this for a clutch: http://www.ramclutches.com/Specialty%20pro...performance.htm

This for a 6 spd transmission(same as the one in the Cobra, Viper, Z06): http://www.ttcautomotive.com/English/products/T-56.asp

I am just looking for a clutch for now... thanks for the link. Anyone know if the clutch is a brand new 05 specific design?

John over on another forum they were talking about this same problem when they added nitrous. Seemed the clutch only went about six times down the strip before it fried

Is the clutch any different from the 3650 clutch for the 99-04 cars? Same tranny and shortblock...

Oh wait...hydraulic versus manual linkage -- forgot about that.

I can highly recommend SPEC clutches. The Stage II I had in my 429rwhp Novi 2000 GT was rock solid with zero chatter.
