O/D on or off with S/C cars

Wondering....

Does it hurt to have the O/D on when you have a S/C (Automatic) car, or is it best to leave it off?

If your racing leave it off, reg driving its ok.

what Killbee said that and it doesn't matter either way. It will down shift.
