New 07 GT...
New 07 GT...
Just bought my 07 GT this past Thursday. 3 days and 300 miles later, I am looking at adding some mods.
I do not intend on doing anything major like headers or cams or anything like that. Just simple stuff to make it looker and sound nicer.
Here's what I intend on doing...
1) Decals
2) Swapping the front pony for a flaming one
3) Cold Air intake (no tune)
4) Axleback exhaust
5) Tint
Anyone have any ideas on where/what I should get for each category?
I know for sure I want SLP Loudmouths for the axleback exhaust, but I am not sure what cold air intake system to go with. I know K&N is the most well know, but for a few bucks more that AEM Brute Force seems pretty cool.

I had an Airaid CAI before I got my supercharger and it worked well with no tune. C&L's newer street CAI also works well with no tune. But I strongly suggest you get a tune. That's the only way to make the most of a CAI. Mine ran good with the CAI and no tune but ran great after I added my Diablosport Predator.
Congrats on the new pony, now when I first bought mine I pretty much said the same thing so to get you started......
Here's what I intend on doing...
1) Decals What kind of decals do you mean?
2) Swapping the front pony for a flaming one Was looking around and saw one on Blueoval industries website thats all I know of at this time
3) Cold Air intake (no tune) Airaid, C&L street, K&N all do tuneless cai's I do however strongly suggest a tune
4) Axleback exhaust All a matter of opinion go to car shows and such listen and then ask what they have when you find a sound you like or listen to sound clips of exhaust on the web
5) Tint Any reputable window tint shop in your area again laws and opinions vary so its very subjective
Hope this helps some

Get your pony here, many custom options to chose. http://www.uniqueautomotivedesigns.com/
Congrats! Nice color choice btw, I wanted a Redfire.
1) Decals <---WTF, you have a muscle car, not a rice rocket
2) Swapping the front pony for a flaming one <---no comment
3) Cold Air intake (no tune) <---You really should get a tune. You'll notice the tune more than you will the CAI. And any CAI worth having requires a tune. I recommend a C&L Racer or a JLT 2 from either BamaChips, Brenspeed or VMP. Trust me on this, you WANT the tune.
4) Axleback exhaust <---FRPP Stingers if you don't mind drone, FRPP GTAs if you don't want drone(plus they are cheap!). Corsas are really the best axle-backs if you don't mind spending the money.
5) Tint <---What can I say, do it! Oh, if you don't want your front window tint to get scratched get some moleskin. www.automoleskin.com

Well I am looking at either the Loudmouths or the Corsa axelbacks...
As for decals, I just want something like Mustang going across the quarter panels...
As for the exhaust...I want to get something that isn't so loud it annoys me after a while, but I do want something that people can hear from a short distance away...any suggestions?
So far I have these in mind: SLP Loudmouths, Borla Stingers or Corsa exhaust
