Need Advice On Resonators With Flows

Currently I have Off Road x-pipe with flowmasters. Gonna order resonators as soon as I get some help from the kind members here at TMS. I'm gonna choose between Summit racing or vibrant. Will the sounds be different between the 2???
I have been searching all over the internet for my set up with resonators. Can't find any vids.
As soon as I get the resonators on I will get a vid up ASAP for all my x pipe flowmaster friends

The vibrant ones are stainless, I have the 12" ones on my car with SLPs. They eliminated the trumpets with SLPs and my offroad H. I was gonna do a thread on the install tonight with pics, no movies yet sorry. Maybe this weekend.

Hey Dustin, do the resonators make it much quieter?

With the SLPs they took the edge off the sound and made it smoother, plus eliminated the trumpets. It made it tad quieter at idle but at WOT they do nothing but take the trumpets out.

Got Car Inspected Today With The O/r X Pipe

Soooo. I take my car in today to get inspected. Needless to say I was a little nervous since emission tests are now done here in NYS. GOOD NEWS . The first 2 first years ownership of a new car DMV does NOT require a full inspection meaning they do not do an emissions test and some other inspections. They didn't even lift my car in the air. They call it a reporting inspection and it cost $10 .
So For all you owners of O/R pipes. No need to change them until yor car is over 2 years old.

Thanks.

I have been reading up on the effects of the resonators and they all have been positive.
