3.73 gears, Underdrive Pullies, C&L Racer intake on 93 Octane boxed race tune, Hurst shifter, Steeda Competition springs, Steeda billet LCAs, LCA relocation brackets, 255 Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S tires.
With a mild burnout on a well prepped drag strip, front tires aired to 50psi, rears about 2psi above cold rating, I pulled a 1.83 60' and a 13.19 quarter.
I moved my rev limiter to 6400 RPM with a DiabloSport tuner. Shift at about 5900 RPM and go to 4th at the line.
Since then I lightened the driveline (14.4lb flywheel and aluminum one-piece driveshaft), got RE-11 Bridgestone tires (street/autocross tires), and I'm hoping for 12.90s.
I also have a WRX (2011) and it's tough that my "fun" car has a hard time beating up on my daily driver.

ok lol. should i go CAI, cams, o/d pulleys, 4.10 gears, and a throttle body, or FFRP intake, cams, CAI, and 4.10 gears. or should i just spend the extra like 1000 to 1500 and supercharge with a CAI. and the supercharger would be the non intercooled vortech which says makes 420 hp and 385 torque. would i get close to the same gains with my N/A choices?

Up front it costs more, but doing full bolt-ons etc. etc. still won't get you close to what you can do with a blower.
Now if you go crazy with the boost on the blower then you'll likely be buying a new clutch soon so keep that in mind as well

does anyone know anything about the paxton or vortech superchargers that are not intercooled? are they a good idea or do they blow up cuz of getting to hot? anything helps cuz looking at the vortech one but buying a intercooler and setting that up and get some more power but wanna stay under five grand

Keep it stock and then later buy a mustang with a stock s/c or a car with one already on it. Or buy a new 5.0 and you won't need one because of the horsepower increase. Save your money and enjoy the stang.

What ever you get, don't get ***** thumprs. Sound awesome, minimal performance gain. Google cars that Kris Starnes has built and get what they got
