MRT's Shop in Michigan

Hello everyone. I'm trying to find a reputable shop near my home here in Michigan to install a set of Kooks Long Tubes and Catted H-Pipe. Has anyone out there had their car worked on by the guys at the MRT shop in Michigan? If so, what sort of rating would you give them?

Jon

A guy on FNSWEET had them put a whipple on his car, he was very happy. I had my Whipple done at Alternative Auto, i was very happy also.

Hey Jon,

I'd like to know how things go. I'm mostly a do-it-yourselfer but may get to the point where I want someone to do some of the work (like headers at some point). Please either post back or PM me and let me know how it went.

Thanks,

Joe

Scott is a die hard Mustang guy and great to work with. His quality of work is great. I just finished working with him on MRT's Edge for SEMA.

Thanks for the input guys. Now all I have to do is get the money together for the Kooks setup I want. I've added up what it will cost and it's about $2,500 (headers, h-pipe, tuner). I hope they are worth it for a daily driver. If not, I'm not going to be happy with myself for spending that much money and not getting what I wanted.

Unless you're dead-set on the Kooks name, there's other, more value-minded, headers out there, in stainless.

I will throw in another thumbs up for MRT, i have bought most of my parts there. I have not really had a work done there as i try to do most stuff myself, but I would have no doubt they are as good as anybody else.
