The Mods Have Just Started For Me...

I ordered Bassani Race axlebacks and the Pypes emissions legal X pipe from Brenspeed on Monday. I am expecting them at my door tomorrow. I will be installing them sometime this weekend.

Now my question is what do I do next?

I have $600 right now, so I am thinking either do one of the following:
  1. BBK Shorties and the BBK Throttle body OR
  2. BBK CAI or C&L CAI with SCT2
What do you guys think?

What's the difference between the BBK Shorties and the MAC shorties? Also is the Steeda throttle body spacer compatible with the BBK and an aftermarket CAI?

I'd go C&L CAI and SCT/Diablo tuner..most bang for the buck.

Intake and tune without a doubt. If you're gonna bother with headers get longtubes or don't bother. And throttle bodies are a waste of money. They don't give any significant gains and lots of people have had problems because of aftermarket ones.

CAI and tune. Theres some nice deals on the "For Sale" section of these forums. I'd see what can be had here first. Save yourself some green.

Get some tint(if you dont already), springs, MGW short shifter(if your a manual trans)

Definately go for the CAI/Tune. Best bang for the buck mod out there. For headers go with LT's. I really did feel a big gain from em'.
