Seems like anything they chose. I was told my dealer couldn't fix my dash rattle because of my MAC axle back exhaust.

Forget Ford...I void my own warranty and I will like it.

+1 hehehe
Actually, I think the radio/CD and electric windows are still covered on mine.

Doesn't anyone see a common thread here?
I've always wondered why people get so worked up over the warranty. IMO, they are pretty much useless pieces of paper whose only purpose is to protect against faulty workmanship, which is real easy for the manufacturer to bury anyway.
Sit down and read one someday, including all the fine print. I doesn't really matter if you mod your car or not. There are so many provisions and exclusions, that they really are useless.
The fortuneate thing is that there are "some" dealers out there who don't try to squeeze it, the trouble is finding one.
And don't get me started on the "extended warranty's" in the case of Ford all an extended one is, is you paying up front for all your maintainence...which if you work it out isn't that much of a deal if you were to forgo the warranty and pay as you go for the maintenance anyway.

Ford 's Mustang GT has a good track record according to most consumer reports and others. A warranty is really for a faulty part as mentioned above or a worker having a bad day. Face it the more warranty work, means less cash profit. So most manifactures work hard on keeping defects down.....They learned that one from the Japanese in the 70's.
Was it just me or was it wishy washy and your screwd either way.

had no problems getting a new gas tank and fixing the front end low speed suspension noise under warranty. I wonder if wheel hop is considered a defect?

lol yea right but the commercial on tv of the red stang doing donuts or whatever on the wet surface clearly shows the wheel hop in action. made me chuckle!!!

yes, well... my car was definitely delivered as advertised nothing a few aftermarket parts couldn't fix

I looked up "warranty" in the dictionary just to make sure no one here is confused.
I found it between "warpath" and "warthog" btw, just in case anyone is following this.
The definition is an "implied or expressed statement".
Well, that clarified everything to me, I am heading right over to my dealership.
