MIL eliminators question

Have an 08 with an offroad h-pipe about to go on, anyone try the earlier '96-04 BBK MIL eliminators for the check engine light? Had a few poeple say these could work, assume the plug-in's are all the same..... before I spend $ on a tuner.

Thx

No they don't work. The only thing you need to do is turn off the rear 02s in the tune and your good to go.

Question? Your first mod is an Offroad pipe. What exhaust tail are you hooking it up to. Careful there, a lot of people here have removed that shortly after instal. Get the tuner anyway, you're going to need it for everything else you do.

You can make your own very easily. I tried it and it seems to work on my 05. I had to replace my driver's side rear sensor due to the heater circuit failing. Now I occasionally get a P2272 code. I think I'm going to have to tear it apart and redo the wiring just to make sure it is right. Just search for MIL eliminators on yahoo.
