My 04 Mach runs 13.4 at 103 with automatic.My Mach1 has a SLP catback.Thats it.The Mach stick or auto will trap higher mph due to 4valve motor and the 05 will have better ET due to the suspension all mods being equal.Both cars have positive and negative sides.The auto Mach shifts at 6200rpm each gear.Enjoy your cars.

 

Motor Trend ran a 2005 Mustang GT 5-speed from 0 to 60 in 5.1 seconds and ran the quarter mile in 13.5 seconds at 103 mph in the January 2005 issue.

seriously tho, after my intake and dyno tune friday i would like to race a fully bolt-on'ed mach for fun. nothing like havin a lil competition, cuz there is very little for me right now other than SS maros and ws6s. everything else around here is either slower or much faster...bleh

 

Where are you from? Keep in mind a full bolt on Mach with 4:10s will run in the 12.50 range driven properly.....Would be a good race with a full bolt on 05 GT with 4:10s. Modded equally they are suprisingly close....Quickest full bolt on 05 I know of runs 11.90s with more left. Fastest full bolt on Mach 1 I have seen run high 11.70s

05 that runs 11.9 with bolt ons? what kind of bolt ons, a supercharger? 250 shot? you'd need 400rwhp, huge weight reduction, slicks, and an insanely good driver to do that
i belive you, but i think SC or NOS was one of those bolt ons...as for the mach, PP heads, really aggressive cams, TB, and everything else out for them that isn for us combined and i def believe it.

i was talkin bout a mach that has just bout everything and runs 12.8 to 13.0 would be a really good race haha.
