Wouldn't the front be too firm for a GT?

I asked them about whether they would be good to use on a 4.6 Mustang, they said they would only recommend them for a Mustang with a 5.4 due to the heavier weight. I scratched that possible purchase off my list

you can use them but they will level the car out instead of lowering it and keep the rake.

I have the older model FRPP that drops the car 1.5" but FRPP just released the new set that only drops it an inch. So yes if you want the rake then go for the 1" kit.

Don't be too disappointed about the KR springs. There are tons of springs available for GT's. Personally? I'd rather have the right ones than the cheap ones. Steeda, FRPP, Vogland and H&R are all fine products.

Or go here...

No doubt but I have been studying muscle cars only the last 3 years since I got my mustang and i gotta say i never heard that one til now!

Personally I think the "rake" is what defines a muscle car!
That is the look i have now and what i was going for... But, and this is just my opinion, i think for the 2005+ mustang to look real good in rake it has to be exactly like the "Cobra Jet" which means fat *** tires in the back!
Reason being "IMO always" the 2005+ mustang is a big car and it needs big wheels/tires in the back to make it look the way the old cars looked, which i love!
