Looking for Cheap Dynatech Headers w/cats

I am looking for a new set of Dynatech T-304 SS 1 3/4 LT Headers w/Powercat converters for a 07 GT 5-Speed at a really good price. Anyone have suggestions? RPM outlet has them cheap but I am leery of dealing with them.

I'm really cheap on the ARH stuff. I can find out on the Dynatech if you're interested. I'll PM you later tonight.

The Dynatech cats I had failed and cost me a motor, and the company did not man up to the issue. Personally, I will never ever endorse them to anyone. After that situation and their attitude I promised them I would make sure the entire Mustang universe would hear me preach it...

DON'T BUY DYNATECHS!!

I was at the track all weekend, and haven't been on-line since Friday. I have my priorities you know.

If you want, I can PM or tell you over the phone if you want the whole story. Let's just say I will NEVER buy another Scat crank as long as I'm in business.

You can never balance them anyway. Costs too much. You can purchase a Eagle and spin it, and it's almost dead on out of the box.

I will never buy SCAT again.

If you wouldn't mind PMing me, I'd like to read the story, especially since I've been researching an FE build-up and it looked like SCAT had a nice cast FE crank with the 428 stroke (3.98) - nothing like losing your brand new motor to a faulty or incorrectly designed piece.

Not a problem at all... I'll send over the details tomorrow for you. Basically SCAT is just a PITA to balance, and they're liars to go with it. I got a great story, though. It's worth the extra few bucks to go Eagle!

This build actually was an FE... 390.

I've been using Dynatech l/t headers and cats as long as Don (I'm ncblack on the MF forums). Now with a built motor and KB 2.6H putting out 674rwhp. I've not had any trouble whatsoever with them. Don, I wonder if you might have damaged something back when you were swapping out exhaust components every week?

I never unbolted the cats after they went on. My changes were mostly axlebacks, with one mid-pipe swap.

I'm not surprised you've not had any problems. The fit and finish of the headers themselves are excellent. My biggest beef is the way the company handled the whole deal. I've had other parts fail, and those companies did the right thing... but Dynatech basically said, oh well, too bad.
