well got some more of my goodies in on wed. got my ford racing/ borla stingers in and then then my ceramic coated SLP Long Tube 1 5/8 headers and slp o/r xpipe should be installing them within a week or so just need some free time... look forward to a followup tutorial of the installation

They look great Zach! Picked mine up from getting coated today, just gotta wait for more green for the x/h pipe. Let us know if you get the "crop duster" sound at part throttle.

Where did you buy your SLP parts from and how much did they cost? I looked at the SLP site and all I see is 1 3/4 headers.

Legal by gov't standards.....NO!

Technically, they're not legal anywhere if you follow federal law. But I consider the term legal to be "subjective"

wow im pissed now it appears that is what i got is 1 3/4 and not the advertised 1 5/8 i called mustang tuning and now im debating returning them and getting another brand of headers

Uhh. The ad says 1 3/4 dia.. Is it a big deal? I have heard you lose a little torque with the larger dia. but how much?
